Leighton Linslade Ouzel Valley Area
The Ouzel Valley is a major communications corridor for rail and canal and the nature of the river floodplain has protected it from development. It brings countryside right into the middle of Leighton Linslade and the valley and its surrounds provide important habitat and public open space. A number of sites are already open to the public and more are being developed as part of the Ouzel Valley Park Project.

Stockgrove Area
The Stockgrove area comprises three main blocks, Stockgrove Country Park, Oak Wood and Rammamere Heath and King’s Wood with permissive paths into other parts of King’s Wood (see map). These areas can be accessed from the Country Park car park or on foot, cycle or horseback by various routes from surrounding villages or paths.
