An opportunity to make a difference
Volunteers play an important role in the work of the Greensand Trust. There are two midweek conservation volunteer groups, one based in the Leighton Buzzard area and the other in the Flitwick/Ampthill area. In addition to these groups, opportunities exist for voluntary wardens and rangers at some Greensand Trust reserves. Volunteers can also get involved in wildlife surveying and in other parts of the Greensand Trust's work, for instance writing management plans for Trust sites. If you are interested in taking part, please have a look at the volunteers diary of events for practical conservation tasks or contact us for further information.
