The second in our series of fundraising Tree Tops Talks is entitled: Making a Living from Sticks by Guy Lambourne of Wassledine.

Together with his partner, Jane, Guy runs a forestry and farming business in Gravenhurst. They grow and coppice willow and hazel as well as other tree species in their own wood and several others in the area.

Initially they just sold sticks, but now make a wide variety of products. Guy will describe how the business started, its pleasures and pitfalls and where they hope to take it in the future.

Tickets £4 per person (including £2 voucher to be used in the Tree Tops Café).

The talk will be held in the Education Room in the Herons' View Visitor Centre at Rushmere Country Park.

All proceeds support the park.
