We are recruiting a part-time Partnership Co-ordinator to help continue the good work of the Greensand Country Landscape Partnership through the delivery of its exciting new Forward Plan. 

The Greensand Country Landscape Partnership has developed a distinctive identity for the Greensand Country and then delivered an exciting array of projects, utilising Heritage Lottery funding which is now coming to an end. This role is to transition the Partnership into its long term future role as identified in the Forward Plan.

This Landscape Partnership contains a passionate, strong and diverse Partnership of organisations working together to make the Greensand Country into a living and working landscape that is cherished by present and future generations. Projects to date have worked to enhance the area’s landscape character, and have created a strong, community led partnership and strategic framework to promote Greensand Country’s interests and secure the necessary long-term financial and community investment to sustain its distinctive natural and built heritage.

Term: 12 months Fixed Term contract, with possible extension depending on

Salary: £27-30k pro rata (£14,580-£16,200 working 20 hours per week).

Hours of work: There are no fixed working hours applicable to this employment. Normal working hours
are based upon working 1040 hours over 52 weeks based on an average of 20 hours per week.
You will need to work flexibly including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis and occasional evenings,
for which days will be taken off during the previous week. No overtime will be paid. You may negotiate your
own flexible work hours and rota, within reason, with your line manager and colleagues so long as it is not to
the detriment of your work

Pension: A Stakeholder Pension is not provided for the initial 6-month term, the successful applicant will be
expected to make their own arrangements.

Annual leave entitlement: You will be entitled to statutory annual leave of 20 days plus public holidays (or days
off in lieu of public holidays worked) pro rata.

Vehicle & travel requirements: Own vehicle is required. A mileage allowance is given for travel for work
purposes in your own vehicle or by bicycle.

Uniform/dress code: The applicant is expected to dress appropriately according to the working environment.

Location: Working out of Trust's offices at Maulden Wood (Working Woodlands Centre)

Specific site/area responsibilities: Entire Greensand Country Area
