Visitor Services Front of House

We are recruiting new members of the visitor services team to assist visitors in the Visitor Centre as front of house - temporary contract with an estimate of 20 hours per week on 5 hour shifts.

Changes to Parking at Rushmere

Changes to parking are on the way with the introduction of a new ANPR parking system to help us deal with increased pressure on the site.
Tree Planting near Rushmere Main Entrance

Tree planting near our Main Entrance took place in mid February - we planted 800 trees using native species which support biodiversity.
Oak Wood visitor information

We have removed some of the non-native species of trees in Oak Wood to reintroduce natural habitats to the area for the benefit of flora, fauna and wildlife.

Rushmere Country Park joins 2,061 green spaces across the country receiving international quality mark, the Green Flag Award, in a year when millions have seen the value of having great quality green spaces on their doorstep.

Our site specific NHS Track and Trace QR code is now highly visible at Rushmere Country Park and we urge all visitors to check in using the app when using the takeaway and toilet facilities at both the Rushmere and Stockgrove entrances.
