Rushmere Weddings

Our unique location, on the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, offers over 400 acres of woodland, heathland and meadows, providing the perfect setting for your big day. Make the most of the spectacular view of the heronry from the deck or take a seat in the Giant's Chair to capture those special moments of your special day!

Rushmere Country Park is co-owned and managed by local environmental charity The Greensand Trust on a not for profit basis. By holding your wedding celebration here you are supporting both the environment and a local charity with all proceeds re-invested into the park.

Stunning Views

For a beautiful outdoor setting for your special day or event, we have meadow and woodland spaces to hire with either a marquee or tipi to accommodate your guests, seating up to 200 people. Your photographer will have the most perfect backdrop to provide special memories to last forever.

Located in the village of Heath and Reach, near Leighton Buzzard, we are just 17 minutes from M1 junction 13 and 15 minutes south from Central Milton Keynes.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. We will do everything we can to make sure the day runs smoothly for you and your guests - we will provide you with your own personal wedding coordinator to oversee the whole day. You will feel at ease knowing your coordinator has it all in hand while incorporating your own personal touches.

We have a licensed bar and fully trained chefs in our kitchen and we work closely with a range of local wedding suppliers we have selected to provide everything you need to make your celebration just perfect.

Feedback from one of our happy couples!

We were delighted to host our first wedding of 2021 recently and receive this lovely feedback from the happy couple:

Thank you so much for making our wedding possible. It was amazing and we know how much planning and effort went in to making our special day so perfect, especially with the ever changing government guidelines and corona virus restrictions. This wedding was over a year in the making and there were times when we did not think it was going to happen and finally - it did! You and your staff were extremely attentive on the day, helping to keep everything running smoothly and providing both myself and our guests with reassurance. It truly was a beautiful day and one we will never forget. We look forward to visiting Rushmere on many more occasions in the future and we will always be able to say we got married there!
