Sous Chef - Rushmere Country Park The Greensand Trust is looking for a Sous Chef to add to our growing catering team. Our ethos is fresh, quality and local and you will be working with the catering manager to deliver a quality experience to visitors. We can offer the successful chef/ cook 40 hours per week on an annualised flexible contract. You must be available to work in a rota covering weekends and bank holidays, have worked in a professional kitchen for at least two years and have relevant qualifications in food hygiene and food safety. Hours: 10am - 4pm working alternate weekends and the occasional evening to support events. Pay: £21-23K per annum dependent on experience.
