Purchase of the Greensand Parking Pass is subject to availability. No refunds will be given for parking charges incurred at times when the parking pass is not available to purchase.

The Greensand Parking Pass enables unlimited parking during opening hours via the:

  • Rushmere Country Park main entrance, Linslade Road, heath & Reach LU7 0EB;
  • Stockgrove Country Park entrance, Brickhill Road, Heath & Reach LU7 OBA, please note limited parking available at this entrance

When applying for a Greensand Parking Pass you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. A digital Greensand Parking Pass will be sent to you on completion of purchase by email - this does not guarantee a space in the car parks or priority over other visitors.
  2. The Greensand Parking Pass entitles you to park only in the designated parking areas including temporary and over-flow parking areas when identified.  Parking is not permitted elsewhere within the park. We also reserve the right to close parking areas or barriers when necessary for maintenance or safety reasons.
  3. The Greensand Parking Pass is only valid for the vehicle for which it is issued.
  4. The Greensand Parking Pass is only for use by the applicant and direct family.
  5. Passes found to be fraudulently used will be terminated / confiscated, without refund and with no further passes issued.
  6. Any loss of the digital Greensand Parking Pass should be reported immediately via [email protected] and we will re-issue your confirmation email. 
  7. The closing time for the Car Parks is displayed at each site and the Annual Parking Pass will only operate within the hours displayed.  You will not be able to activate the barriers outside these hours. 
  8. Vehicles which remain on site outside the hours displayed will be locked in until next valid opening time. 
  9. In exceptional circumstances and subject to key-holder availability, vehicles may be recovered however should this be feasible a callout charge will be levied.
  10. Please note that if a key holder is not available, your vehicle will have to remain at your own risk until the parking reopens.
  11. The Greensand Trust accepts no responsibility for your car whilst within the site or parked.
  12. Vehicles are left at the driver’s risk.
  13. No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents or injury to any person involved in any incident with the vehicle.
  14. Separate charges may apply to larger vehicles such as Coaches and Large minibuses or vehicles which take up more than a standard parking place.
  15. Additional charges may occasionally apply should a Special Event be held on sites; these will be publicised.
  16. You need to notify us of any change of contact address or vehicle registration number by email: [email protected].
  17. Regrettably, it is not possible to give any refund on the Annual Parking Pass once purchased.
  18. The Greensand Trust reserves the right to withdraw the Annual Parking Pass.
  19. No refunds given, including but not restricted to closure due to bad weather, maintenance works and incidents outside of our control.
