We are now open daily (9am to 6pm) providing public access in a sensitive and sustainable manner which conserves and enhances these emerging habitats, whilst enabling visitors to share in the benefits this very special environment provides. Explore the nature reserve as you’ve never encountered it before! You’ll be able to borrow a bat detector to listen in to the secret world of bats; discover some fascinating facts; dispel some myths and learn something new about bats. Booking essential - 20 places max £10 per person (Adult and child tickets are the same price) Children over 8 years old are welcome but they will need a separate ticket and must be accompanied by an adult The route of the walk covers approximately 1.5km over both surfaced and unsurfaced paths Part of the route is over rough terrain but there are no steep slopes Parking and toilet facilities on site Please wear long trousers and suitable footwear Bring a torch!
