Studham Common, located only five miles from Luton Town Centre, has been used as common land for centuries. Today this beautiful open space is a highly prized feature of the village, valued by the community as a place of recreation and a haven for wildlife. The common is in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a designated County Wildlife Site.

The Common is looked after by the Friends of Studham Common, a very active group who as well as fundraising for the Common, meet the third Saturday of every month to undertake conservation tasks.

The Greensand Trust supports the Friends – contact 01525 237760 for more details.
