Outdoor Spaces for Hire at Rushmere

We offer a number of outdoor spaces which can be hired by individuals, groups or commercial organisations - all proceeds support our conservation work here at the park.

	The Herons View Deck and Education Room Gated wooden deck which overlooks Herons Valley (Deck is not available to hire separately without Education room hire). Subject to availability. Please note that the Deck tables are fixed in place and cannot be moved. Half Day £150 / Full Day £240 Half days must be either 9am-1pm or 1pm - 5pm The Deck is not available for hire at Weekends and School Holiday dates.
	Beech Glade Clearing around a magnificent tree near to Herons View Visitor Centre and meadow area for commercial or private hire. £250 per day for commercial or private hire. Please contact Visitor Services to discuss on 01525 234260

	Ark Glade* Clearing near the Meadow with Ian Freemantle shelter Self-Led Birthday Parties £50 per hour All other private or commercial hire £250 per day Educational pricing to be quoted by Education department.

On receipt of this booking request, we will acknowledge by e-mail the availability and provisional cost of hire, a minimum £25 or 20% of estimated hire cost, non-fundable deposit will also be taken at this point via your preferred method of payment to secure your booking.

Rushmere Indoor Spaces for Hire

Rushmere Country Park offers several indoor spaces for hire by the hour - all proceeds support the park. Please contact us to see if we are currently taking bookings.
Self Led Organised Event or Activity Request

All organised and self-led activities need to be agreed with The Greensand Trust. Activities such as professional dog walking services, training courses, competitions and workshops need to be registered with us and a fee agreed along with the required insurances and risk assessments. We also need to check your activity is in keeping with the protection of the site, its sensitivities and the safety of other users.
Commercial Activity Request

If you would like to use a Greensand Trust site for a commercial activity, you will need to apply for a permit to ensure your activity is in keeping with the protection of the site, its sensitivities and the safety of other users.
