All proceeds from our Events at Rushmere are reinvested into The Greensand Trust (Charity no. 1077055) and the conservation of Rushmere Country Park.

While we will promote all events to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee weather or footfall. The minimum pitch fee of £70 is per 3 x 3m pitch, per event, but in order to support the site we ask that you consider making an additional donation or contribute a percentage of you income.

If your stall does not involve the sale of foodstuffs, please apply using our General Stall Holder Application form. Please note that all pitch fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Greensand Trust and your pitch booking is only confirmed after your application is approved and payment has been received.

Pitch costs are based on a 3m x 3m space being £70, but we can accommodate larger pitches on request.

Please note this is only an application for a pitch, your pitch will only be confirmed if /when you receive a formal confirmation that a pitch has been allocated and payment has been taken.
