Heron Watch is back at the park  - come and view the herons from the deck, meet our Heron Watch volunteers and see live footage from the nests on our atrium screen!

We're delighted to once again provide the opportunity for visitors to see the herons nesting in Heron Valley.

We have binoculars and the telescope for visitors to use. You can see live action from selected nests which are fitted with a camera feeding live images through to our TV screen in the atrium, taking you inside the nest from the first egg to feeding chicks and the first flight! We intend to also live stream some of this footage via our Facebook page.



Our Heron Watch volunteers will be conducting their usual wildlife survey and contributing their observations to our blog of interesting activity.
