From its beginnings as a summer fair and fun dog show in 2012, this family orientated event has developed into a Big Summer Weekend with the launch of Concert in the Park in 2015.  This annually recurring weekend in mid- August, has helped to both attract new audiences and maximise revenues at a peak visitor time. 

The Summer Fair attracts over 2,000 visitors each year, with up to 50 stalls plus refreshments, and the Fun Dog Show is a popular way for Rushmere to engage positively with a core user group.

The Concert in the Park is a ticketed event for up to 500 people and has steadily grown focussing on local talent. 

Opportunities:

• Our Big Summer Weekend sponsor will be represented on all associated media and promotion. Showing your support for the environment, local communities and local bands. Event Promotion, BSW Stage, lighting and first aid Seeking £2,000 in sponsorship.
• We also offer smaller sponsorship opportunities, why not support the “loveliest lady“ class? At £50 per class there are lots of opportunities, or alternatively there are opportunities for advertising space around our arena where you can supply your own artwork in support of the site.
