Resources Please feel free to download and use these educational resources – all we ask in return is that you email us at [email protected] and let us know which ones you used, how you got on, how many children were involved and whether there is anything we could do to improve the resources? Ampthill Great Park Teaching Resources The Greensand Trust is proud to be working in partnership with Ampthill Town Council to look after Ampthill Great Park and other sites around the town. We supported Ampthill Town Council in their successful bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund’s “Parks for People” programme which has resulted in many enhancements to the park and its Capability Brown-designed landscape and getting more people involved. We also help to manage the Friends of Ampthill Great Park Community Volunteer Group and have a team of rangers based onsite. We have worked together with Ampthill Town Council and Greensand Country to create these new teaching materials designed to help teachers plan a visit to Ampthill Great Park with background information and activities linked to the National Curriculum.
